Project Overview

The Maintenance District 6 Pavement Rehabilitation Project – Phase II brings street and infrastructure improvements to a residential neighborhood bounded by San Gabriel Avenue to the north, Cañada Boulevard to the east, Opechee Way to the south, and Hermosita Drive to the west. Building on Phase I work completed in 2023, the project rehabilitates deteriorated streets using pavement treatments varying from slurry sealing to resurfacing. Crews will also repair broken curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and driveways; upgrade 34 curb ramps to current ADA standards; repair and line underground sewer pipes; plant 96 new street trees; and refresh all traffic striping and pavement markings upon completion. Construction is currently underway with completion expected by September 2026.
